It’s worth noting that none of the models of the Surface Laptop Go come equipped with a Windows Hello Infrared (IR) camera. This camera is essential for Windows Hello Face Authentication (Face Unlock), which allows you to sign in to your account using your face as an authentication method. Therefore, if you want to use the Face Unlock feature, you may need to consider other Surface devices.
