I own a Surface RT. It no longer will charge the battery (I am using the original charger). I do not have a Browser. None are compatible. Saw where I could remove “battery” on Device Manager but I’m not sure it would reload. So, my question: Is my RT dead and just needs to be buried or, is there a fix. I only use it for PowerPoint, but it still needs a battery.

I have a Surface RT 32GB. The tablet no longer can access the internet. It may be a driver problem. how can I get a copy of the drivers to load into this unit. What drivers are needed to reactivate the modem, What are the options (repair or trash). Can you help with acquiring all drivers needed?
