For Surface Pro running Windows 8.0:
- Allows the use of Japanese Touch Cover 2 and Type Cover 2.
For Surface Pro running Windows 8.1:
- LifeCam driver update – increases TrueColor fidelity.
- Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers update – improves wireless display performance and enhances Wi-Fi network performance and stability.

- Go to Start > Settings > Update & security.
- From the Windows Update tab, click Check for updates
