Surface Pro 3’s Battery Drain Issues Will Be Fixed by Software Update
Microsoft said battery-drain issues happened on Surface Pro 3 will be addressed by a software update after some users reported the problems since May 2016.
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a great and success device that can fulfill the meaning of the tablet that can replace your laptop. One of the main reasons, Surface Pro 3 have been claimed to have up to 9 hours of web browsing.
Surface Pro 3 owners have been recently experienced with an unexpected short battery life on their 2-year-old device. Those owners reporting their Surface Pro 3 batteries in which the battery report generated a very low battery capacity than expected.
Now, Microsoft address this problem can be fixed through a software update.
Based on our investigations we can confirm that it is not an issue with the battery cells, and we believe this is something that can be addressed via software.
