Today, Microsoft has rolled out another firmware update to all Surface Pro 3Â running Windows 10 Fall Creators Update or greater. This new update will improve your Surface Pro 3 battery life while you’re not using it.

Updating your Surface Pro 3 via Windows Update
You can get this new Firmware Update by:
- Go to Start > Settings > Update & security > Windows Update
- Click on Check for updates
If your Surface Pro 3 didn’t have the update installed yet, it should appear on the Windows Update page now.
