Download instructions
  1. Click the Download button to go to the Microsoft download page.
  2. Scroll down to the Select your Surface section.
  3. From the Product drop-down menu, select Surface Duo 2.
  4. Enter your Surface Duo 2’s serial number into the Serial Number text box.
  5. Click the Continue button to get all available recovery images for your device.
  6. Click the Download image link next to the version you want to download to start downloading.
