4500 x 3000 is the native screen resolution of the 28-inch Surface Studio devices, including the original Surface Studio, Surface Studio 2, and Surface Studio 2+. Like the rest of the Surface family, it has a 3:2 aspect ratio display. It has the highest total number of 13.5 million pixels with a respectable 192 PPI pixel density, and 150% default scaling.

What’s special about the 192 PPI on Surface Studio is the perfect tuned by Windows to scale to true life scaling. It means one inch on the Surface Studio screen is one inch in real life, so you will get what you see.
